About Cine Manto, Mykonos
Cine Manto is in the Meletopoulos Municipal Garden, the only green space in Mykonos town, which was given to the municipality in 1957. The municipality set up the cinema in 1995 so that the garden could show films while staying a place to relax (mykonos.gr). The Greek National Tourism Organisation describes it as tucked away among the traditional houses of the island’s capital, and notes that it has been named among the world’s “Big Six” open-air cinemas (visitgreece.gr). Closed for the winter; reopens in summer 2027.
