About Car & scooter hire on Sifnos
Sifnos is small, and its buses link the port, Apollonia, Kastro and the main beaches in summer, but a small car makes it easy to reach Vathi, Faros and the trailheads. Local firms such as Sifnos Drive meet you at Kamares port. Book ahead in July and August, check what the insurance covers and bring your licence; check whether yours needs an International Driving Permit. Scooters above 50 cc need a motorcycle licence, and helmets are compulsory.
