The church of a hundred doors

About Panagia Ekatontapiliani

Tradition links the Ekatontapiliani to the time of Constantine the Great, and the present church was rebuilt under Justinian in the 6th century. Inside are chapels, a baptistery with a cross-shaped font and a calm, stone-cool atmosphere just steps from the busy port. Dress modestly.
