About Temple of Aphaia
The Temple of Aphaia is one of the finest ancient temples in Greece, its columns still standing on a ridge in the north-east of the island. Its pediment sculptures are now in Munich, but the site and the views are magnificent. Come early, before the tour groups and the heat.
